This one-year guarantee is only valid if it is completed and signed by an authorized representative of Jovial Retail and covers manufacturing flaws, excluding damage from improper use.

The following situations are restricted and excluded from the manufacturer’s warranty for repairs and exchanges:
after a year from the date of purchase, the battery; Standard wear and tear (strap discolouration, scratches on the glass, bezel, bracelet, or case)

Damage arising from abuse, misuse, or accidents, as well as damage brought on by inappropriate handling
damage brought on by an unlicensed repair facility
