The manufacturer hereby limits and excludes the following situations from its guarantee for repairs and exchanges:
the batteries after a year from the date of purchase; Normal wear and tear, such as fading of the strap or scuffs on the glass, bezel, bracelet, or case

harm brought on by careless handling, as well as harm brought on by mistreatment, abuse, or accidents
An unlicensed repair facility’s negligence led to damage
